PATTERN
Begin by chaining 60. Join with a slst to first ch to form a ring being careful not to twist.
Round 1: Ch 1. Hdc in every ch around. Once you have completed the last hdc, do not join. Twist work down so that you are working on the opposite side of your beginning ch and continue to hdc in every ch around. Join with a slst to your very first hdc.
You will now have 120 stitches in this round and in every consecutive round.
Now your work will be twisted. That's what you want. When you continue to work consecutive rounds you'll be working around both sides of the beginning ch without having to twist each time as the work will automatically twist on its own.
Round 2: Ch 1. Hdc in the hlo of every st around. Join with a slst to first hdc.
Rounds 3 - 12: Repeat round 2 ten times. Fasten off and weave in ends.
